Who runs Yoga Vastu?

Yoga Vastu was created by Pixie Lillas who founded Balmain Iyengar Yoga Studio in Sydney, Australia. You can read more information about Pixie here. The website is managed by a small team of designers and Iyengar yoga enthusiasts in Sydney and Amsterdam.

Have you got a phone number?

You can call Balmain Iyengar Yoga Studio on 00 612 9810 4510 (international) or 02 9810 4510 (Australia). Please note that we do not have a full-time staff member to answer calls. We are very prompt with responding to messages though so please leave your details and we will aim to get back to you within 12-24 hours.

I have suggestions for the website

We're always looking to improve our services. Send us an email. We would love to hear about our experience using the site.

The videos are black or missing

Please check that your browser does not have an ad-blocker enabled for our site. Some more aggressive ad-blockers break the functionality of the video streaming services that we use.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time, with one click, from your account.

Will I be charged during my free trial period?

You will not be charged anything until the free trial has ended! You have the option to cancel your account before the free trial has ended without being charged.

How often do you add content to Yoga Vastu?

We add new content every week. We aim to produce at least 4 videos and 8 audio classes every month.

What happens after the free trial period?

When your free trial ends your account will be billed for the subscription period (either month or annual) that you signed up to.

What if I cancel my paid membership halfway through a month?

You will still have access to your premium membership until the end of the billing period.

What should I do if I have problems at sign up?

Please send us an email or a message on our live chat. We're very responsive and can help you with any issues you're having.

How do I reset my password

On the login box, click "Forgotten password?". You will then have to enter the email associated with your Yoga Vastu account. We will email you with instructions to reset your password.

I did not receive my reset password email

Firstly, check that the email address that you entered is the same email that you signed up to Yoga Vastu with. If the email was correct, please check the spam folder of your email.

No one is responding to me on the chat

Please be aware that our team is very small. We try our best to get back to everyone on the chat quickly but sometimes, due to the timezone or the weekend, we are unavailable. If we don't respond within a few minutes, send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

I signed up but I can't access any content

If you signed up using PayPal, it can sometimes take a few minutes for your account to be active. Please wait a few minutes and refresh the page to see the premium content.

Do you bill in my currency?

We currently bill in Australian dollars only. On the pricing page we provide a cost estimate in your local currency.

I am in Indonesia and the videos are not working

The Indonesian government recently blocked all access to our main video provider, Vimeo. On each video, we provide an option to switch to our secondary video server. These videos will stream in Indonesia.
