Yoga Amrita’s focus is on health of body, mind and soul. Classes are offered 6 days per week for complete beginners to more experienced levels. The teaching method is pure Iyengar Yoga which is non-competitive, and suitable for everybody from any level of fitness.
You do not have to be flexible or strong, as yoga will improve your body posture and condition when practiced on a regular base.
All teachers are Iyengar yoga certified and continually train with senior teachers in Australia & India and are committed to personal practice.
