Located in the heart of Hillcrest, the Iyengar Yoga Studio of Little Rock is Central Arkansas’ only Iyengar yoga studio.
The studio offers Iyengar Yoga classes for all levels, from beginner to the more advanced practitioner. All of the teachers are CIYT and active members of the IYNAUS and IYASC. The spacious studio is surrounded by locally owned restaurant, coffee shops, galleries, shops and a weekly farmers market.
