The Iyengar Yoga Center of Boise grew out of a desire to offer a new space to continue the study and practice of Iyengar Yoga in the Boise area.
The studio is located in Boise’s North End, a few blocks from the heart of Hyde Park. All of the instructors are Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers. They also offer a full schedule of classes for all levels of students, from beginner to advanced.
