Infuse Health is an Iyengar yoga studio based in Adamstown in Newcastle NSW. The certified Iyengar teachers at the school have a combined 40 years Iyengar yoga experience and know how to guide new and experienced students to work with their bodies.
The School offers classes for students across many ranges, abilities and expertise. Class sizes are kept low to allow all certified teachers to properly assist the needs of each student.
Classes offered include a six-week beginners course, level 1, level 1/2, level 2, pranayama and over 50s. Private sessions are also available. See their website for details.
