The Iyengar Yoga Institute South London, based in Deptford, offers high quality teaching for a range of abilities and a dedicated, tranquil space for students, teachers and the Iyengar yoga community to meet.
Iyengar yoga has been the sole focus of this building for the past 24 years and it was inaugurated by B.K.S. Iyengar himself on December 14th 1995.
