Forward Bends for Experienced Students Sequence Description
Pixie takes an experienced level 3 class through a strong forward bend sequence. The class begins with some Virasana followed by inversions in Full Arm Balance and elbow balance in Pincha Mayurasana. She follows up with some forward bending standing poses including Parsvottanasana. After some Salamba Sirsasana, Pixie takes students through a suite of sitting forward bends and some twisting including Janu Sirsasana, Trianga Mukha Eka Pada Paschimottanasana, Marichyasana I, Paschimottanasana and Marichyasana III.
After finishing the sitting forward bend poses with Ardha Matsyendrasana, Pixie leads the group through Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand) and winds down the class with Savasana.
