About this sequence
Pixie takes an advanced level 3 class through a series of standing postures, balancings and inversions.
We start with Uttanasana and move through some inversions followed by some simple leg stretches in the Utthihta Hasta Padangusthasana series. Some standing poses with turning variations lead students to some standing balancing postures.
After a Salamba Sirsasana sequence with variations, Pixie leads students through a Vasisthasana 1 and 2 followed by some floor balancings. Salamba Sarvangasasana with some Halasana variations then lead students to Janu Sirsasana and Savasana to close.
