Pixie leads an experienced Iyengar class through an Uttanasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana, and Full Arm Balance cycle followed by Pincha Mayurasana.
Students follow Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana series and Parighasana followed by a series of classic standing poses such as Utthita Trikonasana, Utthita Parsvakonasana, warrior variations and some turning (Parivrtta) standing poses.
Students move through the Sirsasana sequence followed immediately by Sarvangasana, Halasana, Karnapidasana before slowing the body back down with Virasana and Savasana.
