Live advanced-level class 2: Forward Bends
This is an experienced forward bend class shot at the Balmain Iyengar Yoga Studio. Instructed by Pixie Lillas. Here, students and teacher trainees get an opportunity to improve and deepen their understanding of the forward bends not only by performing them but also by adjusting their classmates.
Live classes are useful because they make it possible for you to follow along with real classes with real adjustments on students and teacher trainees.
For a more immersive yoga experience, follow student adjustments, detailed instructions from your teacher, and a camera angle which allows you to get a new perspective on each sequence.
