A great sequence for any time of the day or week, perfect for when you have an hour to spare and are looking to wind down, take a deep breath, and bring some peace and quietness to the mind.
This class starts off with an incantation to bring ourselves back to center. Then, a brief asana practice to activate the muscles and strengthen the mind-body connection. The second half of the class will be dedicated to restorative poses and guided breathing meditation, or pranayama, to allow us to reconnect to ourselves on a deeper level.
