A collection of four short yoga sessions, suitable for general-level students. This collection is perfect for those who are short on time or wish to maximize the frequency of their yoga workouts while also combining them with their daily tasks and responsibilities.

Each class focuses on a different aspect (ranging from releasing tension to toning the abdominals) so this is a collection that can be repeated on a weekly basis either as a standalone workout routine or in combination with other sessions or even other sports.
