This is a workshop for students of all levels though it is predominantly aimed at the lower levels. However, due to the detailed nature of the descriptions, this class could also prove useful to those of you who are going through or planning to start teacher training.
In this workshop, we will focus mainly on backbend asanas. Backbends are very beneficial to the whole of the back body. They can help improve our posture, increase our mobility and endurance, and promote overall health in the spine.
This could be a great sequence for the early morning since backbends are also known for their energising properties, or for the weekend when you have a little more time to dedicate to your yoga practice.
