Iyengar yoga class description
This is an intermediate to advanced level live class focussing on using forward bends to open up the hips. Today, we continue working on the separation between the thigh and the pelvis and on getting length through the side of the hip. This will help strengthen the foundations necessary to take your yoga practice to a new level: improving resilience, flexibility, and stamina.
Live classes like this one allow you to follow along with real sessions every week. It’s just like being in a real class.
