This pair of videos were put together to help target common pains and discomfort in the knees and the surrounding muscles.
We have two videos in this sequence which can be done together, or separately and repeated as many times as necessary.
The first video focuses on a more painful and acute symptoms and aims to provide immediate release and relief, while the video 2 aims to help you work deeper into the knees and strengthen and support them.
Video 1: Relief for troublesome sore knees from overuse or minor injury
This sequence is intended to open up and work deeper into stiff knees and take you deeper into a range of poses to help you get some good relief. We ‘work with intelligence’ to extend your capacity and explore if you can do a bit more beyond just taking care of the joints. We use a range of supports to ensure we don’t overextend whilst moving through a range of general level poses.
