Pixie leads an energizing backbend-led practice for general-level and experienced students. The class will include basic backbends and Urdhva Dhanurasana, with and without blocks, and inversions. We will also venture into trying out some more complicated backbends such as Eka Pada Rajakapotasana and Kapotasana, exploring the actions leading up to those poses and attempting them, with the use of props if need be.
