Standing poses form the foundation of our yoga practice. Through practising standing postures on a regular basis, we improve our sense of balance, our stamina and endurance, especially insofar as it’s related to walking or standing for prolonged periods of time, and our stability, mobility, balance, and flexibility.
This is why Pixie put together this workshop, suitable for all levels. In this 2-hour class, we will cover the foundational standing poses, taking a look at them from different angles and approaching them in several different ways to see what each variation brings.
