This course is tailored for experienced practitioners ready to deepen their practice and refine their understanding of advanced Iyengar Yoga techniques. The series emphasizes precision, alignment, strength, and flexibility, guiding students through a hands-on exploration of postures and practices designed to enhance their skill set.

The course begins with a class focusing on standing postures using the wall to refine form and alignment. This approach helps students build a stronger foundation, ensuring that even the most familiar poses are executed with enhanced precision and awareness. As the series progresses, a dynamic restorative sequence is introduced, offering a balanced approach that combines active engagement with deep relaxation.

With a particular emphasis on hip mobility and abdominal strength, one session delves into key areas essential for advancing in more complex asanas. Following that, a pranayama session with a dynamic warm-up prepares the body and mind for deeper breathing practices, promoting a seamless integration of breath and movement.

The series also features a class that explores the use of the wall as a prop to enhance alignment, providing support and feedback that allows students to experience poses in a new and more involved way. In a backbend session with a focus on the neck and shoulders, common areas of tension are addressed, encouraging safe and effective practice.

Balance and stability are key themes in the next class, which dedicated to cultivating these qualities in standing postures. Following this, the wall is reintroduced for support, this time incorporating more inversions into the class. The series also includes a dynamic hip mobility sequence, ensuring that students develop the flexibility and strength needed for advanced poses.
