Tuesday Level 3 Class — Term 1 2021
A live course intended for Level 3 Iyengar Yoga students. You will ideally need a minimum of four years of regular yoga attendance at Iyengar Yoga classes to be able to follow this class.

Tuesday Level 3 Class (1)(Standing/Forward Bends)
This is the first class of the year for our Level 3 students at our Balmain Iyengar Yoga Studio.
Tuesday Level 3 Class (2)(Backbends)
The second class in our Level 3 class series.
Tuesday Level 3 Class (4)(Miscellaneous/Shoulders/Twists)
This is a more dynamic class, featuring a wide range of asanas.
Tuesday Level 3 Class (5) (Standing Poses)
In this week's class, we will be focussing on alignment and evenness in our standing poses.
About the course
In this course, students will have access to content filmed at the Balmain Iyengar Yoga Studio as part of the first term of 2021. You will ideally need to have a few years of regular yoga practice experience to follow these classes.
Over a span of several weeks, we will be working on developing a deeper understanding of the more subtle mechanisms involved in each of the poses we explore. Class by class, we will approach in more detail the various aspects of our yoga practice. From miscellaneous classes aimed at developing grounding and stability to asana-specific classes for strengthening your foundations and furthering your progress, this course will include all the video materials necessary to broaden your Iyengar yoga experience.
