Introduction
This sequence works very well when it is hot, if you are tired or if you are simply looking for a quiet but engaging practice. We will go through a short asana practice aimed at mobilising the shoulder and hip joints and releasing tension in the spine before settling down into meditation lying down. This sequence can be practised by students of all levels and is perfect for when you’re short on time or even when you’re on holiday and still want to fit some yoga practice into your schedule.
