Introduction
This is a short restorative sequence for students of any level that is aimed at helping us quieten the mind and become more inwardly observant and aware. Only 30 minutes long, this sequence is perfect for anyone whose schedule is too busy to allow for long restorative sessions or for those who are looking for a routine that will help them unwind at the end of a long day. So, it can be used both as a weekly restorative sequence and as a way to relax on a daily basis.
